Ha ha! Looking forward to old age…

I recently participated in Secret Cinema with Bompas & Parr.
The film this time was One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and was located in an old mental institution…
On the menu this time around was Calpol glazed doughnuts, Lucky Charms laced with ether and samphire chowder. Yum!

Nothing to draw at the moment…so I’ll draw what ever I like…
Took me a whole week to whip this one up - the largest wedding cake that I’ve done yet.
Sam Bompas (from Bompas & Parr) kindly commissioned this. It’s roughly based on the synchronised swimmers from the Busby Berkeley film, Footlight Parade circa 1933.
…of course we made this child eat the whole thing.

I finally survived camping at a Festival.
It was for a just cause though - working at Big Chill on the lovely Bompas & Parr Ziggurat of Flavour.
Festival goers were invited into our stepped-pyramid to inhale their five-a-day via a Fairtrade fruit mist. Once vitamin packed, we would send them back to the festival on a rather vertical slide (trust me, it was scary).
Here I am, spraying hundreds upon hundreds of random objects with liquid candy.
I spent the day working with Bompas & Parr and the lovely ladies at Jiggery Pokery to create a sugar fantasist’s best nightmare for Courvoisier’s Complete History of Food.
Spectators will be able to experience culinary history room by room - including a bouncy castle stomach, TV dinner scratch & sniff room and even a life-size dinosaur.
Our little company The Robin Collective, proudly hosted Cryptozoology Tours at the Barbican as part of their Surreal House exhibition in association with the Bompas & Parr Occult Jam event.
Robin, our Cryptozoology tour guide, can be seen here capturing the creature that has been terrifying the employees at the Barbican for years now.
Worked on the Bompas & Parr private party for the Barbican Surreal Exhibition. Guests were invited to enjoy four courses, one of which was a ‘scent’ course that was in time with a surrealist film.
After the meal, sporting a rather smashing diving costume, I ushered everybody into another room which we had dressed with glowing jellies. Pernod Absinthe was on hand to serve up some great cocktails as well. My favourite was the lemongrass mix.
